About "Sunshine"
Owner/Designer Stacey "Sunshine" Phillips was born with a green thumb and a passion for plants. After many years of employment in the energy industry she finally decided to “get back to her roots” and opened Sunshine Designs Group in order to pursue her lifelong horticultural aspirations full-time. Her innate talents have been nurtured through the years while designing elaborate gardening projects for her yard, as well as those of family and friends, but her landscaping career truly blossomed throughout the many hours of extensive professional continuing education, both in classrooms and during hands-on project management.

Stacey is well-known for having "Yard of the Month" wherever she lives and in 2018 her home was featured as a stop on The Friendswood Home Garden Tour. She is most happy when tending to her gorgeous tropical and butterfly flower beds or her vegetable garden and enjoys sharing the offspring of her premier plantings and her love of gardening.

Contact Sunshine Designs Group at (281) 787-3722 for an on-site consultation that will include an assessment of your yard’s existing landscaping and irrigation, as well as a survey of your property for additional design layout considerations. We will also discuss aesthetic versus practical architectural choices and establish a working budget for your project. A 50% deposit for services and plants will be required upon acceptance of the initial design and will be adjusted for any proposed modifications. Our design team will be on-site during materials delivery and installation and will manage all sub-contractors for your project.
